Are you an experienced Quality and Compliance Manager ready to take the next step in your career?

Working as part of the Quality and Compliance Team and reporting to the Director of Quality to oversee and support the regulatory and quality performance care services within the company. This will include providing support and guidance to services on compliance with regulatory requirements, adherence to best practice guidance, delivering on a quality improvement plan and implementing a revised governance

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Quality and Compliance Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Provide support, guidance and expertise on quality and regulatory matters to care services
  • Support services in meeting of regulatory requirements and in continuous improvement.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives within the company and contribution to quality and performance reports.
  • Assist in the standardisation and maintenance of governance systems within care services.
  • Be responsible for Monitoring performance, compliance and adherence to internal KPIs of care services including early escalation of issues identified.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Quality and Compliance Manager who is looking for there next challenge!

Essential:

  • Proven experience as a Quality Manager or in a similar leadership role within the healthcare sector.
  • Up to date knowledge of legislation, regulation, policy and best practice as applied to social care and services.
  • Resilient, self-motivated and have the ability to calmly respond to challenging situations.
  • A full UK Driving license and ability to travel across the North West.
